SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHOD
I. Melike Karahasan sends the products sold on the www.melikekarahasan.com website to the Buyer on the specified delivery date (unless otherwise requested by the Buyer) with the contracted cargo company, in a special box and in a protected manner.
II. Since the prices of the products specified on the website are determined excluding taxes and delivery costs, taxes and delivery costs will be paid directly by the Buyer. The BUYER will be deemed to have accepted this clause irrevocably.
III. During the delivery of the products to the Buyer, Melike Karahasan cannot be held responsible for the problems caused by the cargo company in case the ordered products are delivered late to the Buyer by the cargo company or not received.
IV. In case of damaged packages; Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be prepared by the Cargo Company representative. If the Cargo Company representative is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, he/she has the right to open the package there, check that the products were delivered without damage and request that the situation be recorded in a report. Once the package is accepted by the BUYER, it is accepted that the Cargo Company has fulfilled its duty. In addition, the BUYER accepts all kinds of responsibility that may arise from this situation.
