RETURNS

Since our company has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you buy is under our company's guarantee. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Do not forget that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. Returns of used, damaged and similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Conditions of Change;

The size information of all products offered for sale is specified. In this context, the Buyer does not have the right to change the size of the consumer's order by taking this information into consideration. The product's request is accepted.

For custom-made products (not sold online but in special sizes and designs), the consumer writes to us in their orders and accepts the order and produces and sends it according to the size and measurement they ordered. In this context, the return/exchange of the products sent due to "size incompatibility" is not accepted.

Returns and exchanges of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or destroyed are not accepted.

Exchanges without invoices are not accepted.

  1. Return Conditions

You can return faulty, defective, worn/damaged products that you want to return as soon as you receive the order by filling out the return and exchange form. Return transactions are made through the E-commerce unit.

There is no return for products that have been altered, specially designed and/or tailored. The cargo company reserves the right to return worn or damaged products that have been opened and checked in their presence.

Our company does not cover the shipping costs incurred due to this process.

Returns without invoice are not accepted.

  1. Refund Procedure for Refund Request

The refund will be made to your Credit Card within 7 business days from the day the products of your order that you want to return are received by our company in accordance with the return conditions and the provision code is notified to you by e-mail. The reflection of the fee on your statement with the Provision Code is realized within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code regarding the fees that are not reflected on your statement.

In cancellation requests made based on the above conditions, the refund will be made to your credit card within 7 business days and the provision code will be notified to you by e-mail. Taxes and expenses paid at customs (customs duty, value added tax, excise duty and compensatory duties, etc.) arising from the service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not subject to refund. The customer will accept this and proceed with the transaction.

Products that are not sent with an invoice cannot be returned. Please send your returns with the invoice.
